OK, Steve. Here’s the sample draft of a custom calendar for Bear Valley Realty. This is time sensitive, and we need to get this finalized with any edits by 11/1 Sunday, or by Monday, 11/2 at very latest. Sorry for the tight timeline.

Here’s an opportunity for Bear Valley Realty to have its own 2021 wall calendar. Here’s how it would work:

  • Bear Valley Realty will choose the images for the calendar. Choose from any of the images below, or feel free to add your own!

  • Paul will design the calendar, coordinate printing, and deliver the shipment to BVR.

  • BVR will be responsible for the sale & distribution of any calendar sales.

    • Pricing: $795.00 for 100 calendars, including:

      • Design

      • Printing

      • Sales Tax

      • Shipping / Delivery

Each calendar is professionally printed on 12” x 9”, folding out to 12” wide by 18” high. Also:

  • Drilled for easy hanging on walls

  • Includes all major holidays and moon phases

  • Cover image

  • 12 images to go with the Monthly Calendar views

  • There’s a full page spread to talk about Bear Valley Realty. Maybe that would be the shot of your crew, and a page talking about all the ways that BVR can make your Los Osos home ownership dreams come true.

  • Back cover image

NEXT STEPS:

  • Select front cover, back cover, 12 monthly images, and the image to use on the VOP page.

  • Check for $795 payable to Big Big SLO due by 10/31.
