FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • There is no cost to use the platform to use My805Tix, but there are fees associated with the tickets, which you can pass along to ticket buyers, absorb, or split the difference anywhere in between.

  • • Service Fees: 4% + $1.50 per ticket

    • Credit Card Processing Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per order

    • Facility Fees: You can add any fees on top of these.

    • Donations: No Service Fees on donations, just processing fees.

  • Free events are free. No charge to you or your attendees. Organizations that run some paid events on the platform are welcome to use the platform for free events.

  • Great question! Our fees are within pennies of Eventbrite’s, BUT:

    Eventbrite just started charging a per-event fee for organizers. If you have 250+ tickets, they’ll charge you $49.99 per event just to use their software.

    Plus - we give you FREE local advertising to reach the right people.
